How UX/UI design works at Thing King
Plenty of products work but do not feel finished. Flows that took three screens too many, a dashboard nobody trusts, a sign-up that leaks users. A UX audit finds those problems and puts them in priority order, and a Design Day is usually enough to fix the first batch.
For larger work, The Big Thing is scoped properly and quoted in fixed phases: interface design for key flows, clickable prototypes for testing or investor demos, design systems and component libraries, and handover files your developers can build from. Two rounds of changes per phase, deposit to start, every phase quoted before it begins.
The approach is the same one that shapes every thing the studio makes: solve the structure first, make the system the path of least resistance, and give people an obvious next step. Then the interface almost designs itself.
