The thing

Good Buy Cars buys pre-owned vehicles quickly and reliably. It needed a digital experience that could take someone from curiosity to a confident valuation, and a brand that could carry the same promise from the product out to outdoor and press.

The problem

Selling a car is high-anxiety and low-frequency. The flow had to earn trust in a few taps.

Homepage: one promise, one call to action, four steps.

The thinking

One decision per step.

One decision per step. The guided valuation was broken into short single-purpose steps: scan your licence disc, confirm the details, set the condition, get an instant value, then connect with a local expert. Clear labels and a visible progress bar mean nothing on screen competes with the one thing you need to do next.

Two phone screens from the valuation flow: scanning a licence disc, then a loading screen that says we’re finding your car’s details.

2. Confirm, set the condition, get a value.
Two phone screens: a short contact-details form and a thank-you screen with a back-to-home button.

The make

The website, blog and social presence on one system; the mobile valuation flow end to end; and a bold, high-contrast identity with a single confident green and playful headlines carried across vehicle wrap, billboard, street-pole ads, full-page press and leaflets.

The result

One coherent system across every touchpoint, and a valuation flow that turns a high-stakes decision into a few confident taps.
