Terms and conditions

The full terms and conditions for working with Thing King are being finalised and will be published on this page before the site launches publicly. The project rules below already apply to every quote and every thing on the menu.

Project rules that apply to every thing

  • Deposit. 50% deposit to start. Balance before final files.
  • Revisions. 2 rounds of changes included. A round is one consolidated list of changes.
  • Scope. If the scope changes, the quote changes, agreed before the work is done.
  • Final files. Final files after final payment, organised and labelled.
  • Separate. Copywriting, Photography, Hosting, Domain registration are quoted separately where needed.
  • After launch. After launch, changes are a Little Thing, a Design Day or Website Care.
  • Monthly retainers. Monthly retainers are a set number of hours each month, one active request at a time, with 2 revision rounds per request. Not unlimited design; unused hours do not roll over.
  • Rush. Rush depends on availability and carries a rush fee.
  • Response. You'll hear back within 2 business days.
