PPLE Group: brand architecture
Five divisions unified under one confident master brand, with a sub-brand system that keeps each division recognisable to its own market.
Selected previous work for PPLE Group. Shown here as previous work, not as a Thing King project.
The thing
PPLE is a workforce-solutions group spanning Training, Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial and Hygiene. It grew out of a family of older, disconnected brands, each with its own equity.
The problem
Unify five divisions without erasing what each one meant to its market.
The thinking
One master. Predictable variants.
Treat brand architecture like a component system: one master, predictable variants, instant recognition. Every division carries the same master lockup with only its name changing.
The make
A rounded, human wordmark, a single teal-and-navy palette and a geometric line motif drawn from the letterforms, applied across uniforms, ID cards, stationery, brochures, calendars, apparel and the group website.
The result
A scalable identity that lets each division stay itself while unmistakably belonging to PPLE, applied consistently across every touchpoint.
